We started our business in December of 2006 with 1 apartment in Barra Salvador. With the launch of our new website, 1 and a half year later, we own 3 apartments and 1 in construction and more then 10 of family and friends, not only in Salvador but also in Aracaju, Recife and Porto Seguro.
In our program we also have 2 Pousadas (hotels) one in Salvador and the other in Porto Seguro, with a diversity of rooms.
We try to make everybody as happy as possible. Salvador has everyday a surprise. There is a variety of culture activities, theater, music, dance, religion, ….. name it and you will surely find it.
We already had guest from all around the world; USA, Germany, Sweden, the Netherlands, Switzerland, France, Australia, England, Israel, Hungary, Slovakia, etc.
Also we have companies (Brazilian but also foreign countries) whom are renting our apartments for their employees.

So who are we? I am Paul and run the business. After thinking years of immigrating I took the decision and went to Brazil to live there together with my lovely wife Silvia.
I worked over 15 years in the payroll business of some big Dutch companies. Now I have a more “relaxed” job. This is a 24 hour/7days business! Next to this I work as a volunteer at a foundation with “poor” children with cancer WWW.erikloef.org.br.
Recently owners asked me to take over an administration of a building and straighten out the problems they have.
I can not say that I am living a “retired life” here but enjoy every moment.
My Brazilian wife, Silvia, helps me besides here work in one of the best hospitals in Salvador.
With her contacts and knowledge we have all possibilities to make everyone as happy as we can.
